SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped within 48hrs excluding Pre Order. Orders on public holidays and or weekends will be shipped out the next two business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping information and a tracking number for your parcel. 

Estimated Delivery Times:

Indonesia – FREE delivery within 1-3 business days
Asia – delivery within 1-3 business days
USA – FREE delivery within 7 business days
Europe – delivery within 7 business days
Rest of the World – delivery within 7-14 business days
Russia – delivery within 14-28 business days

We ship all Indonesian orders using JNE & JNT. You can follow your JNE & JNT parcel using their tracking service here.
International orders are shipped using DHL express.

*For delivery to Russia, we use the EMS service.

All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:
• Domestic vs International shipments
• Total weight of package
• Selected shipping method

FREE DELIVERY: Indonesia, USA .

Shipping cost will be calculated automatically after you add all items to your shopping cart and enter your address.

Will I have to pay duties + taxes

Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. 

Please note in accordance with Indonesian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.
Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for delivery items that are refused due to tax and custom duties regulations of country – receiver.
Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs or shipping company operations issues, as well as national holidays.
