Refunds & Returns

 

  1. You can only return to us products which have been purchased directly through this Website. If you purchased the products from another boutique, department store or other website, the products must be returned to the original store or site where they were purchased.

Please note that you are not entitled to return altered products unless these products are faulty or otherwise delivered not as per order. 

 

Products not eligible for return are: altered items, accessories, perfume, masks, underwear and swimwear, jewellery, cosmetics.

 

  1. Exchanges – we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the item you no longer want and place a new order for the item you would like to receive.

 

  1. We reserve the right to reject the return of products which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Procedure. Our Returns Procedure does not affect your statutory rights.

 

  1. In case you used a promo code on your order, please note the value of the promo code is divided up proportionately to the item price. In case of return, you will get the refund of the amount paid on the returned item minus the promotion amount applied. You will then loose the promotion amount of the returned item.

If you received an item and wish to return it for any reason, please inform us in writing within 7 days to info@onmebali.com
WhIlst your return has been approved, you are obliged to return the product to our warehouse within 14 days from initiating a return process.

We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe.

 

The items you return must be unworn and in their original condition save for your right to inspect the goods and try on the garments. All of the packaging (plastic, boxes), accessories, user manual have to be returned and product labels must be attached to the items as sold. Please use the original parcel and close it securely. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that you package the returned goods adequately so that it arrives back to us undamaged.

 

For all customers, shipping costs associated with the return will not be reimbursed. You will receive a refund for only the item(s) returned. Original shipping costs and/or any duty charges are not refunded on returned items. 

We are not responsible for delivery items lost in transit.

 

Effects of Cancellation

 

Your refund will be processed and received back to us no later than twenty eight (28) working days after we receive the returned products from you. We may withhold refund until we have received the products back from you. 

When the item is received, we will process your return to your original payment method (credit/debit card, etc.).

 

  1. Please note:

 

Indonesia has a tax on the import of goods, even if it is a return of goods. Thus, the amount of the refund will be reduced by the amount of tax. We will provide you with all tax documents in case of a refund.

 

The return procedure is not as simple as in other countries, so if you have any doubts about the choice of size or color, it is better to write to us by mail or on Instagram.
